Time to BRAG!

I will add wonderful things he accomplishes.  Many things here might be everyday things that take other children no time to complete. But to Cameron they are BIG BRAGS! I will add more each time he does something AMAZING!

*Swimming around without help in shallow water. He can swim for short time without a life vest in mid to shallow water!!   HEY Cameron has been a hard worker in swim lessons. He is a fish.  He has tried harder than anyone I know. He will do something with water when he grows up!  We can let him go he can swim around now in the water. It has to be in the shallow end to step down. He gets very tired due to his mastered his own style of swimming. Way to go Cameron! We are in swim lessons every night for 2 weeks now. He asked for that! Gosh that boy will grow fins!

*Putting on his owns socks. OH is that a chore.  This takes forever. He hates it, I want to do it for him.  But this summer we are learing how to but our own socks on. It takes 2 hands to put socks on. It is HARD. He can do it. AND if you say just the right thing they usually get on a little faster.  "Let's play 5 extra min before we leave" the socks are on! "Extra Scoop of ice cream?" oh look sock are on....backwards but on! :) age 7.5

*Starting to "read" sight words! Wanting to "read" little readers. age 7.5 (it, on, no, is) It is hard for him but is wanting to do it. A few months ago it was he wanted NOTHING to do with reading by himself or finding sight words. This summer July 09 has been a big leap in finding words.
